For the Firefly 70th Anniversary year Royal St George Yacht Club have agreed to host a one off Firefly fleet racing weekend again as they did for the 60th Anniversary. The dates will be 9th/10th April 2016 and you won’t even need to take your boat! Rondar Fireflies belonging to Royal St George YC and local universities will be provided.

This is a fantastic opportunity to take part in a unique Firefly event at a top quality sailing club where we’re guaranteed a great welcome. There are a number of B&Bs close to the Yacht Club.

The entry fee is £150 and this will be collected by the NFA to save those entering having to send a Euro draft to the Yacht Club.

What’s included

  1. Use of a Royal St George Rondar Firefly & sails
  2. 6 races (3 each day) outside of the harbour (i.e. in Dublin Bay)
  3. Evening dinner for helm & crew in the Royal St George Dining Room (blazer & tie compulsory)/li>
  4. Packed lunch both days
